Quite simply, Rupa takes your personality and translates this into incredibly unique, classy yet quirky décor that I know has really raised the bar for the entire industry. I'm not the girliest person and I hate convention, so to have someone turn a potentially typical room into something ridiculously exciting, with suspended branches, a moss canopy, unusual textures and centrepieces that push your ideas past décor and instead set a tone for the entire event.

The part that can't always be captured in film is the atmosphere, as soon as you walked in you felt a buzz that this would be a good night, every last detail was covered and you can tell that Rupa lives and breathes event planning, asking about other details, encouraging me to add my own touches and providing great advice across all aspects of the day. Despite personally knowing every detail, the execution on the night truly exceeded how I had pictured the day. I believe Excellency Event Services was approached by Naseeba after she had seen other work you had done in the past which seemed to fit in with the type of overall feeling Naseeba was hoping to achieve for this event and although this type of event was not something you had carried out before thanks to your excellent job interpreting the design brief from Naseeba this insured you were on the case and not only produced the goods but did it on time and with total professionalism. Naseeba's choice of Flower Power, to work alongside you, as supplier of all the flowers and plants was inspired as the end product, visualised by you, not only meet the brief but went beyond it to create a fantastic visual effect on the catwalk with set pieces such as benches, trees and also flown trellises with plants to create the feel of a Secret Enchanted Forest.

The overall finish gave exactly the look required and could not be faulted, so I will be very happy to include you and your team as part of my line up on future events.

Miss Rupa and her creative team from Excellency Event Services were awarded the assignment by me to fully decorate a hotel venue in Effingham Park, Gatwick in July 2011 for my son's wedding reception. Help choosing decor for my sisters wedding was not a easy task. I came across EES website and was impressed with the innovative ideas shown on the site. We organised a meeting with Rupa Malhi and from the first meeting and knew this is the event company we wanted.

We both would like to say a massive thank you to Rupa and her team. We had been planning our wedding for about 12 months and although we found our perfect wedding venue there was always something that was missing when we stepped inside our wedding hall we wanted to add an additional special touch that would make our wedding reception stand out from the "normal typical" Asian wedding. As a photographer I've been in the position to experience Excellency Event Services at work during weddings and found them to be most efficient, meeting and exceeding the clients requirements. Ensuring the proceedings run to schedule and keeping all of the elements of the wedding or event coordinated perfectly.

I had a fashion shoot and required decor and props, Rupa opened her warehouse for me at very short notice. We found everything we needed and more within her wedding stage and prop stock. The shoot was an absolute success and had the exact look we were looking for with the set decoration that she supplied.

I decided to organise a Charity Bollywood Ball on the 23d October 2010 to raise money for a charity I was involved in. The show was a huge success and I believe Rupa was one of the biggest contributors in making this happen. She managed the event from the start to the end, and also on the day so I was able to enjoy myself and not worry about anything, from making sure everything was in place to organising times and the itinerary for the day of the event. Rupa was the first one there and last one to leave and allowed me to enjoy the evening without having to worry about anything.

From the first day we began working together on the project, she contacted me regularly to ensure me everything was going to plan and what needed to be done next, this allowed me to feel confident and stress free. In addition to this she provided majority of the decorations which made the venue look amazing, Rupa helped me decide a colour scheme to fit my Bollywood theme when I was unsure and decided on what would look elegant on the tables. She was lovely to work with, as well as being so easy to talk to and getting things done so effectively and efficiently, we were able to have a laugh and make the organisation of the event an enjoyable experience. Due to this Charity Bollywood Ball being such a success, I was nominated for young achiever award at the ICC and the event raised over £3500! If I ever decide to organise an event, Rupa would be my first contact to call as she was such an amazing help!!
